MOTHERS’ DAY

Friday, April 18th, 2008

Here at Mountaine Meadows we have young mothers, grandmothers, and mothers to be. They are all strong women who work and raise their children with love and devotion to both endeavors. Our children range from college professors, graduating seniors, potty trainees, and John Deere tractor lovers.

We celebrate the women who shape the future by raising strong and capable children.

Enjoy Mothers’ Day and share the feelings with someone you love.

MOTHERS’ DAY from Vermont

Tuesday, April 24th, 2007

There are loads of Mountaine Meadows sayings to make any Mom smile.

From the humorous, I smile because you are my mother, I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it.

To the sentimental, A mother knows the song of her child’s heart, and can sing it back when they have forgotten it.

To the practical, If at first you don’t succeed, do it the way your Mother told you.

Have some fun, and enjoy giving a gift this Mothers’ Day.

Baby plaque

Sunday, June 25th, 2006

A friend called today and asked if I could make the sh-h baby saying with her new granddaughter’s name on it. I offered to make it say, “Sh-h Heather is napping”. She was very excited. It made me wonder if there is anyone else out there who might like that? If you have thoughts about the idea, please comment on the blog, or email me through the website.

New Saying

Wednesday, March 1st, 2006

Anybody like this new saying? We are all in agreement that it could be a good one. Especially, Elizabeth, who just bought a 1969 mustang, much to her daughter’s amazement!
